Log In or Register an Account¶

To start using NodeZero, you must log in or register an account.

Existing Users¶

If you have an account, log in to the NodeZero Portal.

New Users¶

1. If you've been invited to create a new trial account, follow the link you've been provided to complete the registration form.

   1. Fill in any required fields, such as your business email and company information.
   2. A contact list, also known as a distribution group (i.e. admin@company-domain.com) is not permitted.
   3. Click Create Your Account to proceed.

2. A temporary password will be sent to your email.

   1. Enter the temporary password and create a new one.
   2. Click Set Your Password to finalize the process.

3. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

   1. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Okta Verify).

4. Terms and conditions.

   1. Upon initial login to NodeZero review and accept the terms and conditions.

   

5. Verify your email.

   1. Check your inbox for a verification email from NodeZero.
   2. Click the verification link to confirm your email address.

6. Log in to NodeZero Portal.

   1. Return to the NodeZero Portal.
   2. Sign in using your Google or Microsoft business email, or enter your credentials manually.
   3. Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to the NodeZero Portal.
